Job summary

Bristow Holland Ltd is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join a fully remote global team. The role focuses on building and operating reliable, scalable production environments across Kubernetes and Azure, with a strong emphasis on automation and infrastructure as code.

You will work closely with Development and DevOps to design, implement and scale services, improve incident response, and ensure security and performance across a world-spanning product platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Hands-on SRE/DevOps background in scalable production environments.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python or Go.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve highly available production services.
• Monitor environments for availability, performance, and security.
• Respond to incidents with root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Build automation to reduce manual tasks and improve reliability.
• Use IaC to ensure consistent, scalable environments.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams across release cycles.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive platform reliability improvements.
• Contribute to faster time-to-market for software solutions.
