Placements24 is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for a remote-first role with a globally distributed team. You will lead detailed designs for infrastructure projects across transportation, water, and site development, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.

The position emphasizes independent, proactive collaboration, strong technical judgment, and mentoring juniors via virtual channels, with access to a dedicated home office and flexible hours.

Formación

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural or transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure design and delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD.Pro, HEC-RAS.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the structural and civil design of roads, bridges, drainage, and site layouts.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, specs, and reports with industry software.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients via digital platforms for remote delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews remotely.
