Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to support diverse projects in Leeds. You will advise clients, coordinate design risk management, and help ensure statutory compliance under the CDM 2015 framework.

The role offers remote and flexible working options and potential progression into management. The ideal candidate is an experienced Principal Designer or CDM Adviser with strong health and safety knowledge, excellent client communication, and a full driving licence for site

Qualifications

• Relevant construction, engineering or professional degree.
• Proven Principal Designer or CDM Adviser experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Confident client and stakeholder communication skills.
• Full driving licence for site visits.

Responsabilités

• Act as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015.
• Provide CDM Client Adviser services.
• Manage health and safety during pre-construction.
• Prepare Pre-Construction Information and Health and Safety Files.
• Develop client relationships and support service growth.
