Aviva plc is looking for a Lead BI Developer in the UK (Norwich or Leeds) to drive data insights that inform decisions and improve customer outcomes. You’ll lead dashboards and reporting, partnering with stakeholders to prioritise data improvements and ensure trusted, accessible insights.

You’ll shape a cloud-based BI platform, champion best practices, and guide juniors in delivering value through Qlik Sense and Power BI, with SQL and Snowflake powering data exploration.

Qualifications

• Strong BI dashboard design and delivery in a complex data environment.
• Strong SQL skills for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in Agile teams.
