Job summary

Paddle is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape our data infrastructure, build robust models, and promote analytics engineering best practices. You will collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate funnels and enable data-driven decision making across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analytics engineering or related data roles.
• Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Snowsight) to deliver insights.
• Experienced with data ingestion tools (Fivetran, Stitch) to integrate data.
• Knowledgeable in metadata, data quality checks, and data masking.
• Able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Experience training and mentoring junior analytics team members.

Responsibilities

• Create trusted, self-serve datasets and reporting layers powering Marketing performance reviews, campaign reporting, attribution analysis, funnel health monitoring, and investment decisions.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across Marketing and GTM systems, including source tracking, campaign metadata, funnel stage completeness, attribution coverage, and spend data.
• Add metadata to datasets including documentation, lineage, ownership, definitions, and data quality checks.
• Partner with Marketing to translate business questions into robust data products, dashboards, analyses, and insights.
• Enable Marketing teams to use Omni and GTM datasets through documentation, training, and self-serve resources.
• Activate data from Snowflake into operational tools to support audience segmentation and campaign workflows.
