Job summary

Paddle group is hiring a Head of Data Science to build Paddle's data science capability from the ground up. You will own automated decisioning inside the product, deploy models and agents, and evolve a hub-and-spoke data science organization across key business areas.

You’ll work directly with Product, Payments, Engineering, Risk and Finance, shaping the data strategy, governance, and value capture for a data-driven payments platform.

Qualifications

• Experienced leading data science or ML teams that own systems in production.
• Hands-on now, not purely advisory or review.
• Comfortable with end-to-end deployment and monitoring of models or agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives and production ML systems.
• Set governance and standards for automated decisioning in product.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk and Finance to translate value into metrics.
