Green & Wolvin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Air Freight / Time-Critical sectors. This remote UK role requires building new business and managing strategic accounts across the country, with travel to Heathrow or Birmingham twice a month.

You will develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and lead client relationships from prospecting to closing, with a strong track record in freight/logistics and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience selling air freight, aerospace, AOG or time-critical solutions.
• Proven ability to generate large monthly revenue from new business in the air freight sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work remotely in the UK with travel to Heathrow or Birmingham twice a month.

Responsabilités

• Target account and sales revenue growth across the UK in freight forwarding (air, time-critical, aerospace).
• Craft and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the UK.
• Prospect new business via networking, cold calling and industry events.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to identify leads.
