Job summary

At Atlassian, this remote SDR role supports our Mid-Market segment. You will partner with Account Executives to build and manage a robust sales pipeline while delivering a delightful customer experience. You will report to a Sales Development Manager and collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing teams.

Fluent English and Italian are required (Spanish a plus). You will drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and craft personalized emails to engage decision makers.

• Articulate product value to customers and stakeholders.
• Build pipeline with Enterprise teams and utilize sales tools.
