IMSM, a global ISO consultancy, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups, booking qualified discovery calls for Business Development Managers. This role combines proactive outreach with a structured sales process in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• B2B sales development experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Organised approach with CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Outreach: 70% outbound prospecting, 30% inbound follow-up.
• Identify, research, and qualify target accounts and prospects.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls for Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activity, meetings, and pipeline.
• Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
