Job summary

Focus on SAP is recruiting an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for a 6-month, mostly remote contract based in the Dublin, UK region. The role demands hands-on EC configuration, Time Off, MDF objects, Position Management, workflows, and HR data migration, with heavy stakeholder engagement and workshops.

You will lead workshops, drive EC configurations and integrations, and ensure security and RBPs across the environment. UK residency and right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 2-3 end-to-end EC implementations.
• Extensive EC configuration skills across Foundation Objects, HRIS Elements, HRIS Sync, MDF Objects and Dynamic Filters.
• Strong EC Time Off and Absence Management expertise.
• Deep MDF Objects, Position Management, RBP, Workflows, Rules, and Hire Templates knowledge.
• Experience configuring complex employee scenarios (Global Assignments, Concurrent Employment, Contingent Workers, Dependents, Addresses, Work Permits).
• Knowledge of Compensation and Pay Components and EC data migration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors EC including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows, Rules and RBP.
• Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF Objects, configuration UI, data models, provisioning and scheduled jobs.
• Configure Position Management and automate code generation and org charts.
• Develop workflows, alerts, rules, notifications and employee documentation.
• Manage EC security and system access including RBP groups and country criteria.
• Support EC Time Off, absence management and event derivation across HR processes.
