Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for a 6-month contract, starting ASAP. The role is based in Dublin with a mostly remote setup and minimal in-office attendance (2 days per month).

The consultant will deliver, configure and optimize a complex EC environment, engaging with business and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on EC configuration experience across Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, RBPs, workflows and data

Qualifications

Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configurations and solutions.
Proven ability to lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations.
Strong knowledge of MDF Objects, Time Off, RBP, and Position Management.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows and RBPs.
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture HR requirements and translate them into EC configurations.
Design and maintain MDF Objects, configuration UI, data models, provisioning settings and scheduled jobs.
Develop workflows, alerts, business rules, notifications and employee documentation.
Manage Employee Central security and system access including RBP groups and country-specific criteria.
Support Time Off, absence management and event derivation across HR processes.
