The role involves governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and ensuring delivery aligns with timelines and business objectives, leveraging SAP Activate and agile/hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing SAP implementations or transformations.
• Proven track record delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of HR processes in cloud-based transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across customers and partners.
