Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead our SAP SuccessFactors practice within HR technology, guiding multi-location client engagements from strategy through execution. You will drive successful HR transformations, coach teams, and build strong stakeholder relationships across geographies.

You will manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring quality and timely delivery while exploring cutting-edge technologies and new markets.

Qualifications

• HR technology implementation across full development life-cycle including advisory, design, and optimization.
• Knowledge of HR Technology & Integration across the employee lifecycle with a focus on SuccessFactors (and optional on-premise ERP HR).
• Ability to integrate HR solutions within complex IT environments across geographies and platforms for global organisations.
• Proven track record of SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementations from opportunity to go-live.
• Strong functional and technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Extract insights from industry trends and ensure successful SAP SuccessFactors/HCM implementations.
• Manage small to mid-sized work streams and deliverables.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and maintain stakeholder relationships.
