Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager to lead the testing strategy across SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR transformation programmes. The role will coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing, working with functional, technical and business teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Remote UK-based position requiring strong stakeholder management and test leadership, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors testing across large HR programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing.
• Proven ability to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Certification in SAP or testing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for SAP SuccessFactors programmes.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration and end-to-end testing activities.
• Define test scenarios, cases and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate testing across modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation and Learning.
• Ensure testing aligns with timelines, quality standards and business requirements.
• Provide regular test status, risks, issues and progress reporting to stakeholders.
