Consult is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant for a long-term, 100% remote engagement with a major organisation. Active SC Clearance and a valid UK Passport are essential.

You will support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders from a UK-based remote team. The role involves configuring compensation templates, budgets, rules, and workflows, plus supporting annual cycles and continuous improvements within

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay is essential.
• Active SC Clearance and a UK Passport are required.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines and workflows.
• Manage bonus plans, proration logic and compensation cycles.
• Configure worksheets, statements, route maps and executive review processes.
• Work with HR, integration and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Support annual compensation cycles and continuous improvements.
