Mason Frank International is partnering with a growing Salesforce Partner to recruit a Junior Managed Services Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to transition from an internal Salesforce administrator role into client-facing consulting.

Work with experienced consultants on managed services engagements, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, gather requirements, and develop your consulting skills in a supportive, expanding team. Fully remote.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator would be highly desirable.
• Previous consulting experience not required; opportunity to transition into consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes
• Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects
