Job summary

Mason Frank International is partnering with a growing Salesforce Partner to hire a Junior Managed Services Consultant. This client-facing role is designed for someone with 1–2 years Salesforce experience transitioning from an internal admin role to consulting.

You will work with seasoned Salesforce consultants on varied projects, gain exposure to clients, and develop your consulting skills in a supportive team. The role is fully remote with a base salary of up to £35,000.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Good understanding of Salesforce best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with customers and stakeholders.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator would be highly desirable.
• Previous consulting experience is not required — opportunity to transition into consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes
• Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects
