Job summary

Mason Frank International is seeking a Junior Managed Services Consultant to join a growing Salesforce partnership. Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Salesforce experience looking to move from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into client-facing consulting.

You will work with experienced Salesforce consultants, engage with diverse customers and projects, and develop your consulting skills within a supportive team. Training and best-practice guidance provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Salesforce experience.
• Administration experience with Salesforce.
• Willingness to learn consulting practices and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants on managed services engagements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations.
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes.
• Develop understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies.
• Aim to take ownership of client requirements and projects.
