Job summary

Mason Frank International is partnering with a growing Salesforce Partner to hire a Junior Managed Services Consultant to join their expanding consulting team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Salesforce experience looking to transition from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into a client-facing consulting career.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Salesforce consultants, gain exposure to a variety of customers and projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with customers and stakeholders.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator would be highly desirable.
• Previous consulting experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes
• Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects
