Mason Frank International is partnering with a Salesforce partner to hire a Junior Managed Services Consultant to join their expanding consulting team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Salesforce experience looking to move from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into client-facing consulting.

You will work with seasoned Salesforce consultants, serve a variety of customers and projects, and build your consulting skill set in a supportive, growing team.

Qualifications

• Transition from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into client-facing consulting

Responsibilities

• Support clients with ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes
• Develop understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects
