Job summary

Mason Frank International is partnering with a growing Salesforce Partner to hire a Junior Managed Services Consultant. With 1–2 years of Salesforce experience, you will shift from an internal Salesforce/admin role toward a client-facing consulting career, mentored by seasoned consultants.

You will work with diverse clients and projects, building Salesforce solutions and addressing issues, while developing your consulting skill set in a supportive, growing team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Admin certification would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements.
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client needs.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues, providing recommendations.
• Communicate with clients and key stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes.
• Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies.
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects.
