Job summary

BIM UK is seeking a Sales and Service Engineer to join the team. The role is home office based in the United Kingdom, offering the chance to support customers, drive sales opportunities, and work closely with BIM UK colleagues. Some travel to customer sites and industry events is expected.

You will contribute to customer support, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records while representing BIM UK professionally in meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Provide technical service and application support to customers.
• Support account growth and contribute to the achievement of sales targets according to the BIM Way of Working ( WoW ).
• Work closely with customers and BIM UK team to troubleshoot product or application issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, trials and project progress using the company’s reporting systems.
• Attend and contribute to internal operational and sales meetings.
• Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, site visits and industry events.

Responsibilities
