You will execute engagement plans, communicate clinical data, work with field-based colleagues, and ensure compliant, customer-focused conversations

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging customers through virtual or digital channels is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate clinical and scientific information clearly and effectively.
• Results-focused with a proven commitment to achieving performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual engagement with healthcare professionals across Primary Care and Secondary Care.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Respiratory Nurses, Pharmacists, Consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support the achievement of sales and customer engagement objectives through planned virtual interactions.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused conversations that support improved patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Utilise approved materials and clinical data to support evidence-based discussions within the respiratory therapy area.
