Qualifications

• Meets UK pharmaceutical sales rep requirements.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related discipline advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual engagement with healthcare professionals across Primary Care and Secondary Care.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Respiratory Nurses, Pharmacists, Consultants, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Support achievement of sales and customer engagement objectives through planned virtual interactions.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused conversations that support improved patient care and outcomes.
• Utilise approved materials and clinical data to support evidence-based discussions in the respiratory area.
• Execute customer engagement plans aligned with priorities and customer needs.
• Use CRM data and analytics to identify engagement opportunities and follow-ups.
• Deliver virtual educational events, presentations, and product updates sessions.
• Collaborate with field-based specialists to support customer coverage and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Monitor feedback, market trends, and competitor activity for continuous improvement.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and company procedures.
• Develop understanding of respiratory disease management and care pathways.
