GCB Recruitment seeks a Residential Surveyor to cover the Stoke-on-Trent area with remote working arrangements. The role suits both newly qualified SAVA Surveyors and experienced AssocRICS/MRICS professionals seeking balance and a fixed geographic remit.

You'll perform Level 1/2 surveys, produce professional reports with modern tech, and benefit from pre-booked appointments, admin support, and a performance bonus. Flexible full- or part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualification required
• Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will be considered
• Experience in residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
• Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Customer-focused with high-quality service
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 surveys in your area
• Produce accurate survey reports using leading technology
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process
• Manage workload to maximise productivity and service standards
• Work towards achievable performance and income targets
• Attend regional meetings and team initiatives
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and regulatory updates
