• Minimum of 3 years' solid experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong billing history and ability to manage files independently.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding client care and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Confident to work autonomously within a fully remote structure.
• Experience supervising or training paralegals would be advantageous.
