LJ Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer for Wiltshire with hybrid, remote, or onsite options. The role requires at least 3 years of solid residential conveyancing experience, ideally as a FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer, and a strong focus on client care and billing performance.

You will join a 30-strong property team, gaining onboarding and post-completion support, with opportunities to train paralegals and contribute to department growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in residential conveyancing, either as a FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Will consider experienced candidates without legal qualifications.
• Excellent communication and client care skills essential.
• Strong organisational, time management and IT skills; able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong billing history and ability to contribute to department growth.
