Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner for a fully remote role in residential property. The position offers a salary of £40,000–£50,000 DOE and a permanent, full-time contract.

You will join a team of five conveyancers and three assistants, handling complex freehold and leasehold transactions with access to advanced conveyancing technology and strong admin support.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied and complex residential property caseload.
• Manage approximately 70 files at any one time.
• Provide high-quality client service throughout the conveyancing process.
• Work closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant.
