Job summary

Linde Material Handling seeks a Resident Engineer to service forklifts and related equipment at a customer site in Oxfordshire. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and keep equipment running at peak efficiency.

You’ll work autonomously on site, with IT record-keeping, and interact with customers to deliver reliable service. NVQ3 and a full UK driving licence are required; training and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience as forklift technicians, plant fitters, or vehicle technicians.
• Comfortable working autonomously at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Service Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at the customer site.
• Perform diagnostics and preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and site teams.
• Maintain accurate service records using IT equipment and company systems.
