Job summary

Linde Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team serving the Midlands area (DY, WR and B postcodes). You will diagnose faults on Linde forklifts and related equipment, and deliver preventative maintenance at customer sites.

Ideal candidates have mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulics experience, NVQ3 (or equivalent), IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence. A company van, fuel card and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic engineering.
• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep records and place orders.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Find, diagnose and rectify faults on Linde forklifts and other equipment at customer sites.
• Undertake preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Travel to customer sites across the Midlands patch (DY, WR and B postcodes).
• Support on-call rotations as required.
