This Research Manager role focuses on digital experience benchmarking and research with senior stakeholders, coordinating end-to-end programmes and client relationships while contributing to the evolution of Curinos’ data platform and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in market research, consulting, digital experience, user experience, customer insight or a similar analytical and client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex research programmes and multiple priorities, coordinating contributors to deliver high-quality work on deadline.
• Ability to gather, interpret and synthesise qualitative and quantitative evidence and translate findings into business implications and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of research design, benchmarking, and quality assurance; experience researching live digital journeys is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital experience benchmarking, tracking and ad hoc research programmes for financial services clients.
• Manage research plans, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies across multiple programmes.
• Direct collection, validation and analysis of qualitative and experience data, including live digital journeys and panel participation.
• Develop clear, evidence-led points of view, recommendations, executive reports and client-focused presentations.
• Coach and develop analysts and junior colleagues, maintaining high standards for research quality and communication.
