Job summary

Curinos is seeking a senior research professional to lead digital experience benchmarking and research for financial services clients. You will manage end-to-end programmes, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Based in the UK with remote/hybrid options, you will build executive-ready analyses, present to senior stakeholders and support business development through thought leadership and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in market research, consulting or digital experience.
• Able to manage complex programmes with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to translate qualitative/quantitative evidence into business implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital experience benchmarking and ad hoc research programmes.
• Manage research plans, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies across programs.
• Direct data collection, validation and analysis of live digital journeys.
• Ensure benchmarking datasets remain relevant and accurate.
• Develop evidence-based viewpoints and executive-ready recommendations.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Coach analysts and maintain high research quality and governance.
• Collaborate with client success, operations and subject-matter experts.
