Job summary

ShowMeLeads Inc. seeks a mid-level Regional Marketing Program Manager to run our B2B event strategy across Western Europe.

You’ll plan partner workshops, customer summits, and webinars, coordinating with partners and prospective buyers in the mapping and location intelligence space. You’ll write promotional copy, drive regional email campaigns, and manage end-to-end event tasks to boost pipeline and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B marketing, focused on event marketing, field marketing, or program management.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, mapping tech, GIS, or location intelligence.
• Proven track record managing virtual webinars and in-person events or trade shows.
• Excellent copywriting to distill technical concepts into clear event promotions and emails.
• Hands-on experience with marketing metrics and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and task-management skills. Loves a good checklist.
• Collaborative communicator capable of leading partner calls and presenting plans.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously across Western European time zones.
• Fluent in English; additional Western European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a regional calendar of events across Western Europe (in-person and virtual).
• Manage end-to-end event logistics: platform setup, venues, vendors, and budget tracking.
• Develop tasks and timelines to ensure flawless event execution.
• Liaise with regional partners for co-marketing and joint events; coordinate with VIPs and customers pre/during/post events.
• Write engaging copy for registration pages, social posts, and webinar abstracts.
• Lead regional email campaigns to drive registrations and nurture post-event prospects.
• Collaborate with sales to track attendees, score leads, and enable follow-up.
