Job summary

BASC seeks a Regional Manager for the North, to lead day-to-day project delivery and prioritise membership engagement and recruitment within the northern catchment. You will promote BASC in the region and ensure representation to the highest standards.

The role is home-based with some travel to regional offices; you will develop relations with clubs, syndicates and external partners while driving conservation awareness and education across BASC activities.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering regional projects.
• Delivery of membership recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Ability to build relations with BASC clubs, syndicates and trade members.
• Organising membership events and engaging regional shoots and gamekeepers.
• Promoting sustainable shooting and conservation practices.
• Ability to manage volunteers and deliver regional shows/events.
