Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd seeks a Refrigeration Technical Remote Support Engineer (Nights) to support the Mobile Delivery team. The role involves technical triage, remote operations, and cross‑functional collaboration across refrigeration, HVAC, RHICS and M&E disciplines, with the option to work from Redditch or from home.

The position requires an NVQ3 in Refrigeration or City & Guilds, F‑Gas Cat 1, and strong refrigeration experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration or City & Guilds equivalent.
• F‑Gas Category 1 certification.
• Strong refrigeration background with ability to travel occasionally for training.

Responsibilities

• Technical Triage & Remote Operations for multiple clients.
• Triage Work Orders to ensure efficient deployment by Planning team.
• Make remote adjustments to refrigeration and HVAC system control points to improve efficiency.
