Job summary

Network Talent is seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. You will identify, source and engage high-quality candidates across a range of sales positions while providing general administrative support to keep the business running smoothly.

The role offers training and flexible hours with remote work, and attendance at our Surrey office fortnightly. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment experience.
• Understanding of sales recruitment or tech sectors is advantageous.
• Well organised, likeable & coachable.
• Strong spelling, grammar and writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commutable to Surrey once per fortnight.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, CRM, referrals and other channels.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, to identify suitable sales talent.
• Write and publish engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality sales candidates.
• Support the growth of the Network Talent brand across social media channels.
• Assist the sales team with CRM and database administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information within the CRM system.
• Create targeted candidate lists for the sales team as required.
• Provide administrative support including preparing invoices, customer presentations and emails.
• Support ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Network Talent website.
