Job summary

Network Talent is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our Surrey-based team. You will identify, source and engage high-quality sales candidates for B2B roles across the UK, with flexibility to work remotely and in-office attendance once a fortnight.

Reporting to the Founder, you will handle admin, CRM maintenance, and contribute to brand growth while developing your recruitment career. The package includes up to £35,000 basic plus bonus and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Go-to-market/sales recruitment is a plus but not required.
• Experience with permanent positions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable candidates via LinkedIn, CRM, referrals and other channels.
• Use Boolean search and advanced techniques to find top sales candidates.
• Write and post engaging job adverts attracting the right talent.
• Support Network Talent brand growth across social media.
