Spot On Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant for permanent placements with a flexible work-from-home setup in the UK. You will own the recruitment journey from initial conversation to offer, building a trusted network of clients and candidates.

You’ll identify opportunities, source and interview candidates, write compelling adverts, and manage interview processes. A full UK driving licence is essential for client visits and relationship-building.
