Job summary

Potens is seeking a Recruitment & Compliance Operations Officer to streamline processes, manage UKVI sponsorship compliance and improve candidate experience within our care sector.

You will lead recruitment operations, oversee the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) and train hiring managers, delivering MI dashboards to inform strategic decisions while ensuring our policies meet employment law standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, compliance, and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of UKVI sponsorship procedures and legal compliance.
• Confident using recruitment and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment operations and compliance support across the organisation.
• Manage the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) and ensure full compliance with UKVI regulations.
• Enhance the candidate experience by simplifying hiring processes and reducing time-to-hire.
• Monitor agency usage and reduce spend through effective permanent hiring strategies.
• Identify and retain employees on visas through proactive sponsorship management.
• Train and support hiring managers and system users across various systems, Access Recruit and Screening to name a few.
• Maintain and develop MI dashboards and deliver insights that support strategic decisions.
