Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds is seeking an Associate for its Transactional Real Estate team to act as a dedicated resource for a major client within a structured delivery model.

The role offers flexibility between office-based and home-based work with travel to the Leeds office as needed, and opportunities to develop deep sector expertise while benefiting from the firm’s training and technology tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' PQE advising on transactional real estate matters.
• Experience with institutional landlords is preferred.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload in a team setting.
• Proactive risk identification and commercially-focused problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Act as a dedicated legal resource for a key client within a structured delivery model.
• Draft and negotiate leases, ancillary property documents, and tenant due diligence enquiries.
• Oversee transaction closure processes and maintain accurate matter status and billing records.
• Supervise and support junior lawyers and paralegals across lettings and property management matters.
• Build strong client relationships and participate in client engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the client account team to share best practices and improve processes.
