Selina Finance | Certified B Corp™ is seeking a Mortgage Advisor in the UK to manage a pipeline of secured loan applications from lead to completion. You will provide expert advice, focus on customer service, hit individual targets, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

The role requires CeMAP qualification, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems. A customer-first mindset and drive to perform are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in secured loan or mortgage advice within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of FCA rules, secured lending practices, affordability, and risk assessment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Highly motivated with a customer-first mindset and a strong drive to achieve individual performance targets.
• Competent in using CRM and lead management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of secured loan applications from enquiry to completion.
• Deliver tailored advice based on customers' financial needs and eligibility.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets and conversion goals.
• Explain interest rates, repayment terms, fees and affordability clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records in CRM and collaborate with case managers and underwriters.
