Job summary

AR Recruitment partners with a nationwide mortgage network, offering a remote-first platform for self-employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the UK. You’ll operate with autonomy while benefiting from back-office support and flexible scheduling.

We require CeMAP with at least 2 years of UK mortgage advisory experience. Self-generation of business and long-term client relationships are encouraged within a low-pressure, compliant culture, with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification mandatory for eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years active mortgage advisory experience in the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business or manage legacy databases.
• Self-employed mindset with focus on long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
