Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research.
• Ability to organize information and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Willingness to learn new methods and software.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and evaluation of implementation science projects.
• Conduct literature reviews, landscape assessments, and evidence-synthesis activities.
• Assist with applying theories, models, and frameworks to research questions and client challenges.
• Develop logic models, implementation plans, evaluation measures, and study protocols.
• Support data collection and analysis across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods.
• Identify barriers and facilitators affecting adoption and scale-up of therapies or programs.
• Prepare evidence summaries, tables, figures, reports, and client deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to ethics, confidentiality, data security, and quality control.
