Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a senior researcher to lead multidisciplinary patient‑centered outcomes research programs across the drug development lifecycle. You will act as a scientific leader and working manager, mentoring staff and ensuring high‑quality client deliverables.

You will collaborate with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to develop evidence alongside regulatory and market access objectives, contributing to strategic planning and growth of RTI‑HS PCOA capabilities.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate master's degree plus at least 8 years in patient-centered research, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Experience leading complex patient-centered research projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and leading project teams.
• Substantial experience developing patient-centered evidence-generation strategies for pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from design to final delivery.
• Provide strategic oversight of study design, methodology, and evidence plans.
• Manage project risks, client expectations, and team performance.
• Contribute to study reports, client presentations, and dossiers.
• Lead scientific discussions with sponsors on patient-focused drug development strategies.
• Support business development through proposals and client meetings.
