Job summary

CPL Life Sciences is seeking a Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) to support a global development quality function within a biotech environment in the UK. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across a global organisation.

You will lead quality metrics, CAPA, QMS oversight, investigations, and cross‑functional collaboration with development teams, regulatory inspections support, and stakeholder communications. Remote-friendly with hybrid options; based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related life sciences field.
• 6+ years in pharma/biotech QA.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and/or GVP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Development to drive compliance and improvements.
• Manage quality metrics and trend reporting.
• Oversee Quality Event portfolio and SME support.
• Lead quality data analysis, root cause investigations, and CAPA.
• Manage Quality System Metrics and governance reporting.
• Coordinate procedural document reviews and impact assessments.
• Support a strong quality culture across the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance QMS.
