Job summary

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) based in the UK to support a global development quality function within a biotech setting. The role is hybrid/remote with a focus on governance, data analysis, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years in pharma/biotech QA, strong GCP/GVP knowledge, and experience with QMS, CAPA, and regulatory inspections to support inspection readiness and quality

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare quality environments.
Experience in Quality Management, QA, or Clinical Development.
Strong knowledge of GCP and/or GVP regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with QMS, quality events, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Drive process improvements, standardisation, and regulatory compliance with Global Development stakeholders.
Manage quality metrics and trend reporting to support continuous improvement.
Oversee the Quality Event portfolio and provide SME support to functional teams.
Lead quality data analysis, root cause investigations, and CAPA development/implementation.
Manage Quality System Metrics, reporting, thresholds, actions and effectiveness measures.
Facilitate governance meetings and present Quality Management System performance data.
