Job summary

CPL Life Sciences is seeking a Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) to support a global development quality function in a biotech environment. You will govern quality systems, lead CAPA activities, and oversee quality events across a global organisation.

You will bring a strong background in GCP/GVP, QA governance, and continuous improvement, with 6+ years in a pharma/biotech setting. Hybrid/remote UK work is offered, with emphasis on collaboration and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 6+ years in pharma/biotech or healthcare quality.
• Experience with GCP and/or GVP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Development stakeholders to drive process improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Manage quality metrics and trend reporting for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the Quality Event portfolio and provide SME support to teams.
