Job summary

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) to support a global development quality function in a biotech environment. Hybrid/Remote in the UK, with a salary of £70,000 to £85,000.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years in pharma/biotech, strong GCP/GVP knowledge, and experience managing QMS, quality events, and CAPAs. This role emphasizes governance, data analysis, and continuous improvement across a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and/or GVP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and regulatory compliance with Global Development stakeholders.
• Manage quality metrics and trend reporting for continuous improvement.
• Oversee Quality Event portfolio and provide SME support to teams.
• Lead quality data analysis, root cause investigations, and CAPA implementation.
• Manage Quality System Metrics, including reporting and effectiveness measures.
• Facilitate governance meetings and present QMS performance data.
