Job summary

We are seeking a Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) to support a global development quality function within a biotech setting. Based in the UK with hybrid/remote options and a salary range of £70,000 to £85,000, this role drives governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years in pharma/biotech, strong GCP/GVP knowledge, and experience in QMS, quality events, and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 6+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare quality functions.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and/or GVP regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements, standardisation and regulatory compliance with Global Development stakeholders.
• Manage quality metrics and trend reporting for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the Quality Event portfolio and provide SME support to teams.
• Lead quality data analysis, root cause investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate Quality System Metrics, governance meetings and reporting.
