Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and within deadlines.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery records.
• Check invoice details, payment terms and supplier information.
• Maintain purchase ledger records and update finance systems.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier queries about invoices and payments.
• Support payment runs and track due dates.
• Maintain organised digital financial records.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to resolve issues.
